The photo book by Zoé Beausire (1987) documents, in a very empathetic and personal way, the artist’s exploration of the process of ageing and the resulting physical and mental changes within her closest family circle.

Zoé Beausire graduated from the ECAL University of Art and Design in Lausanne in 2010 with a Bachelor in visual communication.

Her work is focused on documentary photography and how telling stories is a way of questioning reality. She self-published Where the Birds Used to Sing in 2013.
