Part of The Return series, this work comes from my experience of returning to a place I first encountered by chance. Coming back changed the way I saw and experienced the landscape, moving me from observation toward participation and allowing to experience the landscape as a living presence. I became increasingly drawn to what remained unseen, to the sense of mystery beyond its physical appearance. Ultimately, the photograph reveals how each return transforms both place and observer.
